I thought one of the most interesting parts of the article was the mentioning of how teachers are actually being politically proactive in the classroom by denying financial literature volunteers the access to their classrooms. The article does offer a glimpse of optimism though because it mentions the US, Spain, and Colombia and they all actually greatly benefited from embracing financial literacy. I think it was awesome how a museum actually opened a giant exhibit to show the effect that deflation actually can have on currency and the importance of monetary strength.
